these are some works (among many other) i did yesterday for school.
kim carnes live show last night
I don’t usually post photos in my blog but I thought this was worth.
last night i went to see kim carnes (“bette davies eyes” song, remember?). she sang several songs at a disco. i wasn’t going to go but a few hours before the show, a friend agreed to come with me, so there we went!
I even managed to get an autograph from Ms. Carnes after the show on one of her CD’s cover I had taken with me in case I could get close. it feels good to see one of our favorite singers not only on TV! (visit her art galley here http://www.kimcarnes.com/artwork.html)
Some years ago I had the pleasure to also see perform live not once but three times Ms. Laura Branigan, and also had the chance to speak to her after the shows. She was such a nice and warm person as well as a super talented voice.

town hall exhibition
from last week, there is an exhibition at these windows facing the sidewalk in our town hall.
in the exhibition there are works of students of the school i attend. i marked my works there with an arrow =)
six works in all (4 gouache, one 3-colours-engraving/ linocut and 1 graphite exercise)
